• Please carefully examine all photos BEFORE buying something! I sell many antiques, and there might be signs of wear or even damage present.

• I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. See all photos and ask questions BEFORE buying! 

• If the item is damaged or lost in shipping, that is obviously going to be a different situation. Contact me immediately if that occurs.  

2. SHIPPING

• ALL SHIPPING IS DONE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT!

• As of 2026, I no longer ship internationally. All customers must have a US address on their account.

• There are certain restricted items (such as magazines, knives, and firearms) that cannot be shipped to certain states. Please be aware of your local law. I will always double-check and cancel the order if required.

3. FIREARMS

• All firearms I sell are pre-1898 antiques. As such, please have a professional gunsmith give their opinion and approval before attempting to fire. I am not a gunsmith, so while I can give an observation report on a barrel's condition, I cannot declare whether or not the firearm is safe to shoot live ammo through.
