Overall, in fairly good condition
 
Some cracks are present on the wood parts, and some rust is present on the metal parts.
 
The receiver is a two-piece plastic dummy, so this is 100% non-firing.
 
The barrel is still live (the bore is in good shape with rifling present), internal parts are present, and nothing appears to be welded shut. The bolt can still be racked back. 
 
The buttstock is a bit loose, but still, this would make for a great display or for someone's restoration project.
