Overall, in decent condition.
 
The stock obviously has signs of wear present to it, with several letters carved into the wood.
 
The action holds and appears functional but does not snap fully onto the firing pin area (it doesn't jam; it just loses momentum). I'd assume it's dirt in the lockplate that's just holding up a gear. The barrel screw does not sit flush either.
